Sarah Owens started Vegetopian Food in 2018 after training in Raw Vegan Cuisine with Plant Lab Academy. She studied under Chef Nathi Toro in Barcelona before returning back to Louisiana. She specializes in Plant Based culinary arts, and puts creative spins on traditional dishes. Sarah’s recipes are healthy yet full of flavor, and aim to incorporate local ingredients and influence. She can accommodate any and all dietary restrictions and preferences (and enjoys it).

My girlfriends and I planned a girls trip to NOLA and hired Sarah to come cater dinner at our Airbnb! **HIGHLY RECOMMEND** not only Sarah because her food and creativity was too notch, but also 10/10 recommend having Sarah come to your Airbnb on a girl’s trip! The taste and presentation of the dishes she prepared were beyond amazing! Sarah was fun and made our evening in that much more comfortable.
